Listing data and the MLS

Property listing information shown on this website, where present, is supplied by a multiple listing service and its licensors. That data remains theirs and is subject to their terms.

Listing data providers may record and report interactions with listing data — for example, which listings were displayed or viewed — for audit, compliance, and licensing purposes. This reporting is carried out by those providers under their own agreements.

How long information is kept

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate activity, then deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, records not required by law to be retained are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit how it is used. Exercising a right will never result in worse service.
